How do I place an order?

You can purchase a curated selection of pieces available to order directly through our website.

Can I cancel or amend my order once placed?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled due to the limited availability of our pieces.

Shipping & Returns

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched as soon as practicable once payment has been received and your item has been confirmed and secured.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and the origin of your item. Estimated delivery details and tracking will be provided once your order has shipped.

While we always aim for timely delivery, The Find Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect or does not arrive as described, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist.

Returns or refunds are only accepted in cases where an item has been misrepresented or has a defect. Any return or refund is subject to assessment and approval in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Will I need to pay additional taxes & duties?

For international orders outside of Australia, duties and import taxes are not included at checkout and may be charged upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Yes. Our Product Sourcing service remains available for clients seeking something specific, including sold-out or hard-to-find pieces.

How do I submit a sourcing request?
