Returns and Refunds.
All sales made through Pre-Loved by The Find Studio are final. Returns and refunds are only accepted if an item is misrepresented or fails the authenticity check. If an issue arises, Buyers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to request a return or refund. We do not offer returns for reasons related to the item’s condition unless it differs significantly from the description provided.
Payment and Shipping.
Buyers must complete payment at the time of purchase. Once payment is received, the item will be dispatched within 5 business days. A tracking number will be provided to the Buyer to follow the shipment. Pre-Loved by The Find Studio is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.
International Taxes and Duties.
For international orders outside of Australia, duties and import taxes are not included at the checkout and may be charged upon delivery.

All items sold through Pre-Loved by The Find Studio are guaranteed to be authentic. We work with expert authentication partners, including Luxury Authentication Australia and Entrupy to verify the authenticity of every item listed. If a Buyer has concerns about the authenticity of a purchased item, they must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, provide a refund or return the item to the Seller.
