Returns or refunds are only accepted in cases where an item has been misrepresented or has a defect. If your item arrives with a discrepancy, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist. Any return or refund is subject to assessment and approval in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

We ship worldwide. For international orders outside of Australia, duties and import taxes are not included at checkout and may be charged upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
